Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup fresh herbs parsley, cilantro, dill, and green onions, chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled

Instructions
 

  • In a suitable bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, black pepper and salt.
  • In a suitable nonstick frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Stir in the chopped herbs to the pan and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour the prepared egg mixture into the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are set but still slightly runny, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the feta cheese on the top of the eggs and cook for almost an additional minute until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve the herb-y egg delight hot, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.
