You can marinate the chicken beforehand if you want to; however, it is not necessary. For the
marinating process of the chicken, place the chicken in a zip lock bag, add both the seasoning
(chicken and BBQ seasoning) with the soy sauce in the zip lock bag with the chicken. Add salt
and pepper to taste and let it rest for a few hours in the refrigerator.
Put some skewers through the marinated chicken. Make sure you use some gloves and keep a
cleaning towel with you as this might get very messy.
Add the diced zucchini, bell pepper, and onions on top of the chicken. Add the small cherry
tomato at the end of each skewer. The tomato can also be sautéed a bit beforehand to get soft
grape tomatoes.
Before putting your skewers in the air fryer, you can spray the chicken with some olive oil. This
will give juicer chicken at the end. Cook your skewers for 10 to 12 minutes at 400 degrees F or
204 degrees C.
Make sure to flip the skewer and let it cook for another 10 to 12 minutes.
The chicken will be ready to serve once the internal temperature reaches 165 oF.
