CREAMY CASHEW AND SHALLOT DIP

Ingredients
  

  • cup buttermilk
  • ¼ cup white miso paste
  • 1 tsp. white vinegar
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. fine sea salt
  • 1 tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh chives

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a large bowl whisk together the first seven ingredients (through pepper) until smooth. Stir in sour creamand mayonnaise until combined. Fold in parsley, dill, and chives. Makes 20 servings (2 Tbsp. each).
