Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups corn chips crushed
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • Sour cream ranch dip

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F
  • Pound well the chicken breasts with a meat mallet
  • Then cut it into strips.
  • Take a bowl and whisk buttermilk, salt, and pepper.
  • Put the flour in a separate shallow bowl.
  • Take a third bowl and mix corn chips and taco seasoning
  • Dip chicken in flour; shake off excess
  • Then Dip in buttermilk, then in corn chip mixture.
  • Arrange chicken into air fryer basket greased with oil spray.
  • Cook for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve with ranch dip.
