Spicy Air Fryer Steak Fingers with Dill Pickle Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound cube steak
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/6 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1.5 cup of almond flour
  • Olive oil spray
  • For the dill pickle dip:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice

Instructions
 

  • Mix dip pickle dip ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  • Cut the steak into strips and set aside in a bowl. Mix sugar, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, garlic
  • powder, and black pepper.
  • Combine half of this spice with half of the almond flour in a separate bowl.
  • Add remaining almond flour to a dish.
  • Then whisk the egg into a separate bowl.
  • First, put the strips,dry seasoning, then add in the almond flour mix, the plain almond flour.
  • Once all strips are coated, put them into an air fryer basket greased with oil spray.
  • Cook for 8 minutes, at 400 degrees F or 204 degrees C, flipping halfway through.
  • Once cooked, serve with dill pickle sauce.
